Connective Church

About Us

We are...

Jesus-focused

Jesus is our hope, so we focus on him. Through him, we are forgiven and restored (John 14:6, Hebrews 12:2-3, John 1:12).

Spirit-led

We are free now to live a full life. The Holy Spirit directs and empowers us to make a difference in our world (Ephesians 5:8-11).

Creative

We serve a Creator God, who invites us to join Him in bringing joy, beauty, hope and peace into this world (Genesis 1-2).

Inclusive

We love everyone, and we want to see each and every person living in their God-given purpose and calling (2 Corinthians 5:15-21).

Mission

Connective Church exists to connect people with God and each other, grow strong families, and transform our community.

Our Beliefs

God

We believe that God is a Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, each an uncreated person, one in essence, equal in power and glory. We believe in God, the Father, Almighty Creator of heaven and earth.

Jesus

We believe in the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, and are committed to living out his teachings in the world.

Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is God, and empowers Christ-followers to serve and share their faith. The Holy Spirit moves us out of old patterns and conforms us to be like Christ.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the perfect, inspired and authoritative Word of God. It is our source of doctrine and instruction, and provides practical guidance for life.

The Church

We believe we are a localized community within a global Church whose mission is to make disciples throughout the world. We support those who see Jesus as Lord, and the only way to heaven.

Sin

We believe every person has sinned and missed God's standard. Jesus Christ took the price for our sin on the cross. By his death, we can be in right-relationship with God, and receive healing of our body, soul and spirit.

Salvation

We believe that since Jesus paid the price for our sin, salvation is provided to all believers by God's grace and not through our works. Obedience to the teachings of Jesus is simply the right response to this grace.

Communion + Baptism

We believe in the sacraments of water baptism and communion. In communion, we remember Jesus' sacrifice for us. In baptism, we publicly declare our decision to follow him. This takes place after someone submits to follow Jesus.

The Kingdom of God

We believe in a literal second coming of Jesus, and we eagerly await his return. We also believe we are to bring about God’s kingdom on earth (here and now), as ambassadors, with works of love, grace and service.

Our Pastor

Jeff and Liz Fulton

Jeff and Liz Fulton

With over 15 years full-time, pastoral ministry experience, Jeff and Liz Fulton have dreamed of planting a church for almost a decade, but they waited on God for the right time and place. In late 2017, they began the journey of starting a healthy church based in the town of Queen Creek. Connective Church officially launched in March 2019.

Jeff is a graduate of Grand Canyon University's College of Theology. People say he's "way taller in person," and his Southern accent may randomly appear due to growing up in Alabama. He likes all sports, but he's a big Suns fan. If you've met Liz, then she's your friend. When asked what role she'd like to have at Connective, she asked if there could be a "Pastor of Fun." She is a proud Texan and Cowboys fan.

Together, they have 4 daughters: Lily (23), Kalen (16), Mazie (13), and Zoe (7). Their family can't wait to meet yours.
